Ravello Records and The Sonic Arts Ensemble present LIVE FROM THE MULTIVERSE, an album leveraging the possibilities of online performance and expanding the boundaries of contemporary music. Musicians from three different continents connect through the internet on low latency, high quality audio networks to perform repertoire ranging from composed, notated scores to freely structured pieces born from masterfully executed ensemble improvisation. With the utilization of extended techniques, singing bowls, and imaginative sound design, the ensemble develops and thrives in an enticing and innovative soundscape.

The 2022 Earth Day Art Model Telematic and Media Festival will be presenting an exciting lineup of artists and scholars, spanning 24 hours, on April 22, International Earth Day. The festival will feature a wide range of music and arts, including both live and fixed media in areas such as electronica, electroacoustics, field recordings, dance and movement, and video artistry. Additionally, there will be several sessions highlighting current scholarly reflections of the earth.
Highlights:
-Curated concerts by Andreas Weixler, Sarah Weaver, and Maggie QI
-Panel discussion: "Acoustic Ecology and Sound Art in the Time of Environmental Crisis", with Thomas Ciufo, Garth Paine, Sabine Feisst, Andrea Polli
-International lineup performances that are both live and fixed media from artists in 14 countries.

In Graz werden mindestens 150 Sprachen gesprochen. Siri, Alexa oder Language Translation Devices sprechen auch einen Großteil dieser Sprachen. Aus diesen synthetischen Stimmen extrahiert Josef Klammer sein Klangmaterial. Die Vocal-Performance von Fiston Mwanza Mujila und das STIO werden von Klammer in Echtzeit dirigiert und moduliert.
